Their aim is to remove any obstacles you may face and point you in the direction of the support team that will help you with your queries, whilst also providing strategic and commercial advice.

Their role varies from liaising with other Telcoinabox teams to make sure you, the Partner is happy, through to assisting the Partner with bill analysis and the preparation of proposals.

Your Account Management Team is there to continually provide strategic, marketing and commercial support to guide and grow your business.

This team is responsible for supporting you, the Partner, and driving the business growth and profitability of each Partner. You will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager to work with you on your business and who will be your advocate within Telcoinabox.
